Why do I run out of hot water?

One reason may be the age of the water heater.  It is important to maintain your water heater, by flushing it yearly to prevent build up of sediment in the tank.  This will help maintain the life of the water heater and also your manufacturer’s warranty.

Why does my water look yellow and rusty?

This is due to the age of the galvanized pipes.  Overtime the pipes become rusty and the pipes get a buildup of rust/iron oxide.  The only way to rectify this is to replace the old pipes.

My water pressure is not good?

One reason may be the age of the pipes, as they get older the buildup of rust or iron oxide causes them to close up over time and causes the diameter of the pipe to lessen which restricts the flow of water through them.  The best solution is the replace your old piping.
